5. Payments

The Hue Candles does not store your debit card, credit card, or banking information.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and fragile nature of our products, returns are accepted only in the following situations:

  • Product received is damaged.
  • Incorrect item received.
  • Product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share your order number and clear photographs of the product.

Refunds or replacements are subject to review and approval.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not already been packed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

9. Candle Safety

Customers are advised to follow proper candle safety practices:

  • Keep away from flammable materials.
  • Do not burn decorative candles for extended periods unless intended for regular use.
